I simply love this elf hat on the cover. Talk about great product placement. I put this book on my Christmas list just for this pattern. Here is the yarn I chose for my hat… [...] I have started another pair of these cute socks…
The yarn I am using is not striped like this pair, it is multi-colored. When knitted, it looks like a watercolor, very pretty. I will post photo’s when I finish. [...] Recently I saw the cutest little baby caps on an Etsy shop. I knit myself, so I thot, I came make those. So here is my latest knitting efforts. They are so cute. Hopefully someone I know will soon have a baby so I can give them one of these sweet caps.
Bogie’s cousin has just had her baby. A girl. She named the baby after her maternal grandmother…Audra. It is an old-fashioned name, but very regal sounding. I recently finished knitting a baby sweater for the new arrival…what do you think?
