Due to the unfavorable economic climate, pet owners are finding it increasingly difficult to keep their beloved pets. They are being turned into pet shelters in climbing numbers because pet owners cannot afford to keep their pets. A congressman from Michigan has thought of a possible solution. I applaud him.
