We have had a lot of snow this winter. Last weekend we had more snow and the city still hadn’t plowed our street from the previous weekend’s snowstorm. It snowed again yesterday, the roads were a mess, very icy. I went into the university where I work and at 10am they decided to cancel classes and [...] It started early Saturday morning about 3:30am. It snowed all day Saturday. I tried to make a quick trip to the knitting store, but I got stuck right after I backed out of our driveway. So I pulled back in and resigned myself to being stuck at home all day. I love the snow, but [...] I got more accomplished today than I have in the previous month. No joke. I even took Bramwell to the Vet to get his anal glands cleaned out and made a trip to PetSmart to get his nails clipped. He didn’t like either outing, but it had to be done. Oh and my boss was out [...] We had a very nice weekend. My in-laws were here visiting us. They live in the Seattle area and came out for our nephew’s birthday last weekend. My husband’s brother lives in the D.C. area…I hope that is vague enough for you. My MIL and FIL spent a week visiting my BIL and family and [...] I am feeling a little better today. My voice is slowly starting to come back. I hopped out of bed today and immediately stripped down to my skin…Saturday morning is my weekly weigh-in. I like to weigh on Saturday morning because my eating habits are usually good during the week, not so good on the [...] |
