WOOHOO! Ya’all. Favorite day of the week by far. Three nights and two whole days all to ourselves. No work, or bosses or phones ringing off the hook. The pure joy and anticipation of the weekend in front of us. Oh the possibilities… -thotlady This afternoon when returning to my car to head back to the office after lunch I encountered this image on the ground behind my vehicle. The sun was shining through some part of my vehicle, I think the spare tire attached to the back, to cause this image. It made me smile.
Well, I have lost 4 pounds in 1-1/2 weeks. I was at the 4 pound mark last weekend, but I gained 1/2 – 1 pound back some how. I am eating like a bird, which is very frustrating. I know 4 pounds is good, but still, EATING LIKE A BIRD here. I am [...] …or is it. I am back trying to lose wait weight…yes, again! So yesterday my sister-in-law and I were Skyping and were talking about our weight loss/gain woes. I suddenly had an epiphany…I typed to her, why don’t we weigh ourselves each morning and then take a picture of the readout on the scale [...] Seriously how cool is my header this month. I found this new feature in Photoshop, liquify. Very cool. As always, I love this time of year. Finally our weather has cooled off here in Virginia. It has been so humid up until a week ago.
