  • Yes!! I have gone through with your weight loss ticker. I think you prepared a great schedule for your weight problem. The people suffering from over weight or underweight problems are recommended to follow six small meals a day instead of having a heavy meal per day. This could make the body easy and flexible to work with human cycle.
