I have finished another knitting project. I have wanted to knit a pair of sport socks for quite a while. I finally found a pattern that I like. It took me awhile to make these because I read a few books in between the knitting.
The only problem with the socks are…one is a little bit longer than the other. My measuring must have been off…oh well they will wear the same, after all no one will see the extra length, once I have them on.

I am always impressed with people that can make things like. My mom used to quilt and crochet but I never did seem to get the hang of it. Years ago I used to sew my own clothing but I don’t have the patience for it any more.

Yes, smarty pants, I am sure I made them.
The difference in length can be made up with a bit of stretching. I don’t know why exactly, but socks always seem very complicated to make to me. So of course – I am very impressed!
